Pricing FAQ

Trials, billing, browser support, and account questions.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Eligible Pro, Business, and Team plans include a 14-day trial. Checkout starts with Google sign-in so your plan is tied to the right Gmail account. Some promotional offers can start without a card, and you can add payment later without losing the remaining promo time.

Do you support Safari?

Yes. AttachDock is available for Safari for Mac from the Mac App Store, and for Chrome, Edge, Opera, and other Chromium-based desktop browsers from the Chrome Web Store.

Does AttachDock read my emails?

AttachDock uses Gmail message, header, attachment, and thread data only as needed to provide the visible Gmail workflows you request, such as attachment review, source-message reveal, Save to Drive, ZIP export, and full email archive generation. In the ordinary workflow, Gmail message bodies and attachment contents are not stored on AttachDock servers. We store only the account, billing, support, and preference records needed to run AttachDock, and we do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How do I manage billing?

Use the AttachDock billing portal. Billing owners sign in with Google, then can review invoices and payment details for card-billed accounts, change supported plans and seats, add payment during a no-card trial, or send a billing-support request when an account has custom terms.

Do I need to leave Gmail to use it?

No. The core workflow starts inside Gmail, either from an open conversation or from checked visible rows in the list view.
