Install the Gmail attachment dock for your browser.

AttachDock works inside desktop Gmail after you install the extension. Choose the path that matches your browser.

Works with Chrome, Edge, Opera, Atlas, and other Chromium-based desktop browsers. Safari for Mac coming soon.

Recommended for this browser

The Chrome Web Store is the direct install path. Add AttachDock, refresh Gmail, and the dock will be ready inside Gmail.

Chromium-compatible

Edge can install Chrome Web Store extensions. If Edge asks, allow extensions from other stores, then install AttachDock and refresh Gmail.

Chromium-compatible

Opera is Chromium-based, so the Chrome Web Store listing works here too. Install AttachDock, then refresh Gmail.

Atlas is Chromium-based, so the Chrome Web Store listing is the best place to install AttachDock.

Desktop extension support

If your desktop browser can install Chrome Web Store extensions, open the listing and refresh Gmail after installation.

We are getting the Mac app ready. For now, AttachDock is easiest to install in Chrome, Edge, Opera, Atlas, or another Chromium desktop browser.

Start with the browser extension so AttachDock can appear where the files already live.

Use Gmail on your desktop, then open AttachDock from the toolbar or a supported attachment control.

Filter clutter, reveal the original email, and save selected files or archive records to Drive.
